1. Agent41’s role

Agent41 provides property marketing, inquiry handling and real-estate facilitation services. Unless expressly stated in a signed document, Agent41 is not the owner, buyer, seller, developer, guarantor or legal representative of a listed property.

2. Listings and verification

Sellers must provide complete, current and truthful information and confirm they are legally authorized to offer the property. Agent41 may verify, edit for presentation, approve, reject, suspend or remove any listing. “Verified” means that reasonable checks were performed; it is not a guarantee of title, approvals, condition, value or freedom from disputes.

3. Buyer due diligence

Before making payment, every buyer should independently inspect the property and verify ownership, title documents, authority approvals, dues, taxes, possession, measurements, litigation and transfer eligibility. Professional legal and tax advice should be obtained where appropriate.

4. Bayana, remaining payment and transfer

5. Payments and commission

Payment instructions, schedules, commission and expenses must be recorded in writing. Users should obtain receipts for every payment. Agent41 is not responsible for cash or funds paid directly to another party unless Agent41 expressly acknowledges receipt in writing.

6. Seller-managed listings

Sellers must protect their private listing-management link. Changes made through a valid private link are treated as authorized by the seller. Edited listings may return to pending status for review. A property marked sold is removed from public results but may remain in internal records.

7. Prohibited use

You may not submit false ownership claims, misleading prices, unlawful property offers, another person’s private information without authority, malicious files or content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

8. Availability and liability

The website and listings are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Agent41 is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users, independent decisions, third-party conduct, title defects, authority decisions, financing refusal or service interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Disputes and governing law

Parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith using the signed transaction documents. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the courts having lawful jurisdiction in Faisalabad, unless a signed agreement validly provides another dispute process.

10. Changes and contact

Agent41 may update these terms for future use of the service. Material transaction rights already recorded in a signed agreement remain governed by that agreement and applicable law. Questions may be submitted through the website inquiry form.
